Is Sondex the same as Danfoss now?
Danfoss took full ownership of Sondex in July 2016, and units are found under both names. The plate model on the nameplate is what a repair works from, so the badge makes no practical difference.
The unit serves district heating. When can the work be done?
The heating season usually sets it. Planning the work for the summer is the difference between a service and an emergency, and it is worth raising at the enquiry because it changes the whole approach.
Can a Sondex unit be regasketed in place?
